Anne Cimon is a bilingual Montreal poet and literary journalist. She is comfortable reading in either French or English and is proud of her French heritage.

Her latest collections are All We Need/Tout ce qu'il faut (2002) and An Angel around the Corner/ Un ange autour du coin (2004) published by Borealis Press.

In 2007, she is one of the three Montréal poets taking part in Random Acts of Poetry 4th edition, along side haikuist Angela Leuck and Elizabeth Robert. Between October 1st and 7th she will be reading poems in her city and neighbouring towns.

Anne's poems have appeared in Quills, freefall, and her tanka appeared in Gusts magazine. She often reads at local venues such as the Yellow Door Coffeehouse and the Arts Café. Anne has also read at Toronto's ArtsBar Series.

Her other collections are A Skin of Snow (1981) and No Country for Women (Mosaic Press, 1993). Her most recent book is a short biography: Susanna Moodie: Pioneer Author (XYZ Publishing,2006) inspired by her interest in nineteenth century literature.
